Absynth 5 and Massive activated in standalone but not in VST form?

Hello

So I have my Absynth 5 license since 2019 and I noticed that on my current computer, Absynth shows as activated in both the Native Access app AND as a standalone but… The vst form still shows it as "demo" for some reason.

Already tried to uninstall it (with the registry uninstaller) then reinstall it but no dice, vst Absynth 5 still doesn't want to understand it's already activated.

Massive has the exact same issue apparently…?

Just because I changed computers O_O

Any idea to make the vst files understand the software is WELL activated on the computer? Especially since for Absynth it became more complicated because out of support but still :(

(Also unable to send a support ticket because the button is endlessly redirecting to the main page instead of the login form >< )

Would need to see a screenshot of the "demo" in your DAW

Also be aware - Absynth is a VST2 - that is a dead format and one that may need some specific setup in your DAW

You failed to tell what DAW and version that you have the problem with.

Sometimes the problem is user access rights when using apps , other times what is needed to do is a total reset and re-scan of the plugins within the DAW.

I did notice that you wrote activated in NA , but still you could try this one also : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access, especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps

Generally then Absynth 5 should work OK on Windows 11 , it works OK on my Windows 11 computer also.

Massive generally also works fine as do Massive X…

So as suggested by VocalPoint then we need more information.
