Bought Electric Mint 3-4 weeks ago and now and can't download the plugin a second time

Totally regret my purchase

Never spend that must time on a software product registration issue before.

I contacted support, answering the same questions over and over again,
They have alle the information from the purchase and the login, but no you have to type it in by hand again and again and every time you need to go one step backwards everthing is erased !!! OMG

Good sound, worst user experience EVER
