Well the search in the image is "Kontakt 7 no sound" so my guess is that's the problem. 😁

Unfortunately, the level of technical proficiency required to use these kind of products effectively is well beyond the attention span of many users that would like to use them. Even bothering to read a manual or search and watch instructional YouTube videos appears to be a major challenge for many these days.
