Thumbnails not appearing in Native Access. Fix recommending deleting pal.db file but I get the message "the action cannot be completed because the file is open in NTKDaemon" cant see anything open. How would I do this?
Use your Task Manager and shut down NTKDaemon service (right-click —> end task), then delete the file, then manually restart NTKDaemon (if you know how), otherwise just restart your computer.
