Traktor suddenly shut down in the middle of my set

Help!!!

Traktor suddenly shut down in the middle of my set after 3 hours — without any warning. It was really embarrassing in front of 2000 people. I’ve been using Traktor since the very first version, and this has never happened before. I’m playing on an Apple MacBook M4 Max. All system and Traktor updates are fully up to date. Of course, this incident has left me very unsettled for my upcoming shows. Can anyone tell me what’s going on??? Am I the only one experiencing this?

Can you remember what you have done as the crash happened?

I have experienced such a shutdown once during preparation. Analyzing and drag Tracks in playlists. But this was a previous Version of TP4, not 4.3.0

Yes, I remember. The track had already been playing for four minutes. All tracks in the playlist were analyzed. I had Ableton running in the background via Ableton Link, and I was playing stems from that program. Luckily, at least the percussion kept playing.

Try checking whether the track that was playing at the time might be damaged. It's best to check all the tracks in your set playlist.

Is it possible that the connection to a controller was lost (cable pulled out, power cord disconnected)? That could also be a possibility.

In the past, I had a situation where a controller mapping caused a crash when I pressed a certain button. It was a mapping I had created myself.

Since I play without Ableton, this could also be a possibility (updates, etc.). I use an MBP with an M4 Max and Sequoia myself and had no problems with my last setup (3x CDJ-3000, 2x TK F1, 1x DJM-A9)

Any information in the crashlog-files? Maybe NI can help, when you send them the file.
