I’m reaching out because my recent support request has gone unanswered.
In the middle of a project, all of my registered libraries suddenly disappeared from the Kontakt instrument rack. When I tried to load them manually through the file browser, the libraries showed up as DEMO versions — and, of course, there’s no sound.
I’ve already tried the recommended steps from the NI AI chat: clearing the database, reinstalling Kontakt, and re-adding libraries — but nothing has worked so far.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any guidance or suggestions would be really appreciated. I’m completely stuck right now and this is affecting my ongoing work.
