how to update traktor

my traktor software has become unusable, freezing all the time, it' a nighmare. i lost hours of works. restoring a backup always freeze traktor, it's unmanageable.

i have traktor pro 4.02

why native access doesn't show update for 4.3 ? why traktor doesn't advise me when update are available ? how can i update and hope to have a reliable product to simply enjoy music ?

Are you sure you have the latest version of native access installed? Some point last year they stopped with the old / classic native access 1. At least if I remember correctly.

Hello,

we would need a bit more information, exact computer model, is your collection on an ssd for example, i guess you use the s3 mk3 as audio interface. If so, do you use the asio driver and if yes with what buffer setting. If you open native access please go to "help - about native access" then a window opens up with the version like 3.20.1.
