I connect the s2mk3 to my laptop and connect it to the RCA on the mixer/console in the store. I select it from the Tractor 4 program in the audio setup as external. Is that correct? Because when I select it as external, the speakers sound normal, but in the channel output on Deck A and Deck B, I can't select headphones because the speakers play in mono and I had no sound in my headphones. Should I select it as internal in Audiosetup? However, when I set it as internal, the sound was monaural and poor. I put such is in photo the choise
