I've sent x2 Traktor Kontrol S8 to the repair center and after almost 3 months they disappeared. NI doesn't answer my emails and I'm left without my two main controllers which happened to break on the same day without any alert by just staying off on a shelf. I'm stuck with an s5 but it's a shame how NI is treating this "Low Priority" requests. I'm so disappointed and sad to be tangled in this ecosystem, it's difficult to leave as a working mobile dj, but I'm feed up. Anyone has any experience with the repair center?
