traktor doesn't find the mixer

Precision : Pioneer mixer is connected with mac only with a USB cable, is that enough ?
You have installed newest drivers from Pioneer DJ on your Mac? The mixer is updated to the latest firmware?
Does the mixer list in macOS system profiler in USB section? Does it list as audio interface in Traktor settings?

I didn't know you had to install drivers and firmware... I did it via the website : https://www.pioneerdj.com/fr-fr/product/mixer/djm-250mk2/black/support/
