Moved all my NI libraries to an external drive. Reoriented the content location in Native Access and "repaired" all of the locations so they are correct. I deleted the komplete.db3 files in Maschine 2, Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 8.
Maschine 2, Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 7 rescanned all content and are useable
In Kontakt 8, however, instruments and presets start populating as expected, but they then start to disappear once they all fill in and are each gone completely within 20 minutes.
I reinstalled Kontakt 8, I tried loading the instruments once they appeared in the browser during the rescan — and got many to "work" temporarily — but, no matter what, they just all disappear completely. I replaced the prior dock with a far better powered dock.
There does not seem to be a path issue sine Kontakt 7 rescanned everything and they do not disappear.
Anyone heard of this?
