Hy guys just got my s4 mk1 set up but it won't connect yo software the usb light staying on solid notting happens please help
Using pro 2 software too
1 - Driver installed?
2 - Check different USB port/cable.
3 - Test if MIDI mode works (SHIFT + SHIFT)
4 - Test is Controller Editor recognizes it. 5 - Did you test with Pro 4 demo version?
