Guitar Rig 7 Pro download status

I purchased Guitar Rig 7 Pro yesterday. The payment has gone through, but the order status is still showing "Order Created". Can anyone help me understand what's going on? Why havent I been sent a download link, or code or whatever the next step is to get the program?

have you checked spam folders and all that, normally you should get the product right away.

If you did not get a response - in less than 5 minutes back to the email associated directly with your NI account - and your order is in a "created" state - there is most likely an issue with your address, location, payment method or a combo of these things - that will need to be checked by NI before your order proceeds.

Suggest you wait it out at least until Monday. Support does not work on weekends.
