About half the presets I just bought in Scoring Sequences will not load, and an error message says "Error loading preset. Preset is not licensed"
How can I get all the presets in that expansion to play?
Hey everyone, issue is now fixed. Please open Native Access and update your Massive X expansions.
Sounds like it's an error in the presets that need the full version of Massive X. I'm guessing this needs someone from NI to take a look, @Jeremy_NI can probably help on Monday.
I've got the same problem. Just bought Kino. I'm using Massive X Player, and that should be ok according to the system requirements. I have tried to reinstall both the expansion and Massive X Player.
Thanks for the response. The product page says that "Massive X Expansions require the Massive X Player or the latest version of Massive X. "
Reinstalling the explansion and Massive X Player didn't work for me, either.
I sure hope NI can clarify!
Hey everyone, we're looking into it. We'll keep you posted. Do you witness that in any other MX expansion?
So far I only have MX Player Library, Bass Music Essentials and Scoring Sequences. Scoring Sequences really has about half of the programs saying that the prest is not licensed. In the other two all the presets load flawlessly
Hey everyone, so some info is missing on these files, the responsible team is on it. We'll update the thread when we get more info.
I'm getting 'failed download' warnings for all of these
16 updated here with no issues.
They are also not letting me delete the download and start again so I'm stuck
@Kymeia I updated also without issue, can you try restarting your computer? Have you tried the uninstall feature in Native Access for these? Then install adgain?
Just restarted but the problem persists. I am not uninstalling all my libraries if I can help it
The update worked perfectly for me without having to uninstall anything. I'm so happy to have those now playable sounds in Scoring Sequences. Thank you so much for fixing this!!!
I checked this morning again, there were no similar reports, if uninstalling/reinstalling the Massive X expansions is not an option then you'll have to get in touch with our support.
Try uninstalling Native Access
then also remove the N.A. directory that contains all the state info , on Windows that is located at C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Native Instruments\Native Access , but I do not know where that is on Mac
N.I. also says to remove this file on Windows : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\NTK\install.json
Then reboot computer
and then try reinstalling the latest version of Native Access for your OS to see if that reset things
