I'm having a problem with my S4 Mk3. The cue button sometimes doesn't work. The icon lights up when I press the button in my PC's Traktor 4 Pro program, but the paused track on the deck doesn't start. I've noticed it does this in situations where there's a very powerful sound system with a lot of vibration, almost as if the jog wheel were affected by the vibrations and got out of place. However, if I press the Hot Cue that corresponds to the current cue or press Play, the track starts normally. My "temporary" solution when I notice it's not working is to press the Hot Cue and the cue automatically resets. Solutions????
