EDIT: I've just seen your other question. So you've just purchased an MX2 and you have a laptop that only has USB-A ports on it? I believe the above cable I suggested will still work. You could also use an adaptor but it's one more thing to go wrong or give you trouble.

A dedicated cable is always better but an adaptor should work.

Could still be a cable issue… Earlier in time then USB-C to USB-A adapters often were very poor. At this point in time most companies have gotten better , but still it could be a cable issue . Try a brand name cable/adapter to see if that makes any difference…

Whwn I connected to the pc in the traktor 3 I can see the sound card of mx2, so I think the cable is OK, but I cant play with the console doesn't respond, only shift is on with white color

You should install and use Traktor Pro 4 as asked above…
Oh so is doesn't support traktor 3? But I have the other issue with the serial and now iam waiting for the response from native
I can't download traktor 4 cause the serial is invalid
