Been trying to speak to the support chat about the problem I've got with my Z1 MK2 headphone socket but when it asked me to attach my invoice it is not recognising the invoice even when I've attached it, so I can't proceed with the customer support. My unit is in warrenty but it's close to finish so want to get this fixed ASAP.
The issue is when i plug any headphones into the socket sound is only coming out of the left headphone speaker.
I really need help with this getting fixed ASAP and maybe someone from NI getting back to me.
Or if anyone here knows what might be the problem?
