I have been working with iZotope and NI for years. They have helped me greatly and up to a few months ago answered all my questions.
I have submitted 4 queries through their interface (Welcome to iZotope Installation & Authorization Support!), but I have not received responses for the last 4 queries.
I haven't been rude or caused problems. Simple questions about now Nectar 4 Advanced is "re-designed".
Is it some glitch in their system? Some disconnect on how I log in - either iZotope or Native Instruments? I think they want us to start just logging in directly.
I remember once in the past I typed the wrong email in a question and they thought I wasn't the owner, but I am providing email, name, license#, and everything they ask for. Are my tickets just piling up in some forgotten ZenDesk queue?
I'm at a stand still.
