I hope this message finds you well. I own a Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1, purchased around 2010, and the USB port on the back of the unit has become loose and no longer connects properly.
Could you please let me know where I can purchase a replacement USB port or an official replacement part for this specific model? I would also appreciate any guidance on compatible service centers or part suppliers authorized by Native Instruments that may still carry components for the S4 MK1.
