Just wanted to THANK everyone with their help, wisdom and patients with my issue. I did get everything running with no help from NI support tickets,(do they even read the bodies of these tickets?). New computer build, Ryzen 7 6800H, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, Radeon 680M, ,, 2TB SSD for content/download, and a Quantum HD 2 interface should last for a few years, fingers crossed. Trying a few DAW's since my last one was Sonar X running on XP. Stop laughing…

This does not sound as having went well, I don't know what has happened with respect to your support case. But from a general point of view then with respect to the 'reading the body of a ticket' then sometimes we can loose the readers attention or make the reader confused if we are not very clear and concise. If this is what has happened in this case I do not know.

@Jeremy_NI , BluesJamJim has got things working now but you might still want to checkup on if there were Support mishaps.
