DOA or Software Misconfiguration

Hi, i am Filipe, from Portugal.

Got my 1st Controller yesterday (S2 MK3, total noob), had already installed the access app and the driver. Updater said its on most recent firmware (2.0.1 i think).

Installed Traktor Pro 4 when became available.

At first, the Deck A channel Fader didnt changed on software, so i was tinking was Dead on Arrival. But after checking the rest, discovered that the Mixer FX Amount knob of Deck B changes the Deck A Channel Fader.

Contacted support yesterday, but still no response. Need to know if is best to send it back or if is only a easy to repair bug.

If your controller connected to a front usb port then try to connect it to one of the usb ports on the back of your pc. Direct to motherboard

Tried a few USB ports. Installed VirtualDJ and its the same.

Got a response asking for a video from support already (nr 4640760)
