How can I access ONLY the specific presets of each effect in Maschine 3?

Hello,

on Maschine +, in standalone mode, the earlier Maschine software was different. With Maschine 3 software, when I create a new song, the first thing that I do is to select the Master channel and put some effects. The first one I put is an EQ. Before, when I clicked on the EQ, it would allow me to access only the specific presets for the EQ. Now, the top button on the right opens up ALL the presets, and this is very confusing. As you can see from the photo, it shows me reverb presets that are not specific to the EQ. Hopefully I have been clear enough. Thanks for any help.

Thats Quick-Browse. https://www.native-instruments.com/ni-tech-manuals/maschine-plus-manual/en/using-the-browser.html#using-quick-browse

Quick-Browse is not a "give me presets for this instrument/fx" button, it's a way to focus the browser on whatever method you used to reach that instrument/fx.

With that said, the behaviour is indeed different from v2 and v3 in specific scenarios — when simply pressing down on the 4D-Wheel to load an EQ from the list of built-in FX MAS v2 does show only EQ's with Quick-Browse and MAS v3 does not. Hum….

How are you loading the EQ exactly?

There was a thread about this not so long ago but back then I did not test the way I descrived above, so now it's really looking like some sort of bug. I'll report and see what NI folks say.

Hi,

I might have replied to another thread misunderstanding everything. In that case I apologise, this is confusing.
I am loading the eq with the 4-D wheel and then pressing the button for the quick browse, as you have guessed.
