Komplete kontrol A61 doesn't work with protools 12

the keys of the komplete kontrol a61 do not work in protools 12, only the buttons work. What I can do?. The first problem is that in protools configuration, peripherals, the Komplete kontrol does not appear in the list of controllers but Komplete Kontrol does appear in midi devices and it only works with the Komplete Kontrol software but only the big sound library search knob but the keys, as well as the play, rec and stop button do not work either.

Hi @Franklin Monar if A61 doesn't appear in the list of controllers, I'm guessing you're using Mac and maybe haven't given full disc access. Can you go to Preferences>Security & Privacy>Privacy (tab)> Full Disk Access (side bar), and add all NI products as well as Pro Tools to the list?
