TP 4 closes and will not open

While working in TP 4 yesterday I was unable to open for a new session and today I was able to open TP 4 and then. I think Ive found out what is causing the issue. While editing titles and artists and have deleted a track from Finder then gone back to the track to delete from Collection TP 4 closes down and will not open unless I shut down and boot up again. All the editing is not there unless I load the track into a deck will it update the edit and then not always. Grrrrr 😤

Have just re edited some Titles and Artists and specifically closed TP4 to save the collection. It appeared to close earlier that it would normally. Came to reopen TP4 and again wouldn’t open I had to close down the Mac and reboot to be able to open TP4. Frustrating!!!!!
