I'm having an issue with S4 MK2. Everything was connected and working well on my computer while I was having it connected only via USB cable. At some point, I tried to connect the power cable, and this is when my controller stopped working partially. When I connect it and turn it on, all the lights and loop display light up for a second, then all go dark and only the USB icon stays lit up. I can see S4 as controller device in Windows, but my Traktor software doesn't see it as a controller. I can only choose it as audio device (then it recognizes it) and change volume with its main level knob. Everything else doesn't work and is dark like there would be no power.
I read that someone asked NI for help and they only asked them to buy a new controller, which I definitely want to avoid. Did anyone had similar issue and came up with solution?
