I tried reinstalling the app, resetting the computer, etc. but it didn't work.
Were these ever installed on your system? If so, please try uninstalling them first, following these steps: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer
And then try installing it again. Also make sure that Native Access has full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
