Maschine+ registration failed

Hi fellow Maschine+ users, I just cant seem to get my maschine+ to register. I tried for a days now and still nothing.
Contacted support but didnt get a functioning solution. Any tips?

The serial is in my user account which I’m linking in my Maschine. But still it keeps saying failed to register.

Hi !

Same problem but solved it !

I registered M+ first time all was OK.

Then I tried to Reset it to Re Register it ( same owner ) but no go. Then a member of staff Julie@NI helped me by clear old registration.

Now everything is ok , Native Acess shows me all products(Ultimate 14) and it is not possible to install ALL 200 but i must select proper Insta, effects not All becouse i have original 64Gb card.

and I explain the problem with my Two Maschines (M+ and Mas mk3)

registered on new mail . result was that i lost all registraitons

so only products for M+ was ok

i lost 180 registered products for mk3

i own products for many years from Komplete 4 up to 14

under normal circumstances support should be able to move the products from one account to the other. You can even do it yourself with a license transfer:
