Maschine 3 does not appear in the library

Help! Everyone,

I bought a brand new Maschine mk3 and entered the serial number into Native Access, but the Maschine 3 software isn't showing up in the library... I have no idea why the app isn't appearing in the library. Any suggestions?

Support told me to delete the XML file, but the problem is I can't even find the XML file!

Hello there!

Your profile only says "mac" so maybe you don't see Maschine 3 because it's not compatible with your MacOS.

I'm a beginner and I don't understand all the terminology, but I'm using a MacBook with an M3 chip. I bought the Maschine MK3, and I installed the macOS version of Native Access.

My question is:

As PK The DJ suggests then we need to know what exactly is your Mac OS version ? (Your OS must be

macOS 13, 14 or 15 - latest update )

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? (what is your N.A. version ? )

Also , be sure to be logged into the correct account ( MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ).

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

After checking that everything is OK then also reboot computer , some times all that is needed is for people to reboot the computer…
