VST's not showing in Komplete Kontrol.

Hi, I’m having trouble with Komplete Kontrol program. The keyboard itself is working fine, but inside the Komplete Kontrol software none of my VSTs are showing up.

I’ve installed Komplete Kontrol through Native Access and rescanned the database, but the VST instruments (third-party and NI) aren’t appearing in the browser. Only the NKS presets that come with Komplete Kontrol are visible, and when I load them I get the "Loading issue, diva cannot be loaded as it may not yet support apple silicon…" but my plug ins all work and are recognised inside ableton.

So far I’ve tried:
• Full plugin rescan in the preferences
• Making sure my VST folders are set correctly in Komplete Kontrol’s preferences
• Restarting the software and rescanning multiple times

I’m on Mac m2 and Ableton 12.2.
The plugins are working fine inside ableton , but Komplete Kontrol doesn’t detect them.

Is there something I’m missing in the setup? Do I need to move the VSTs into a specific folder for Komplete Kontrol to recognize them?

When you say VST’s do you mean VST2 (which needs Rosetta to run) or VST3?

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

Both your DAW and ALL NI apps including NTK Daemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format (APFS) : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And if using Sequoia then DAW and N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Else try Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database

Quite honestly I've never had the guts to trust Rescan in KK. I prefer to work within Native Access to make sure everything is pointing to the right location since I have stuff scattered across multiple drives. It costs me a bit more time, but I can count on it working in Kontakt or KK if NA recognizes it as Installed.

They are referring to plugins like Diva though so this has nothing to do with Native Access. It’s about a) having KK using the right plugin format b) pointed to the right folder with full disk access enabled c) checking the NKS are up to date d) rescanning plugins and NKS in native mode then if all that fails I’d try the database reset
