I no longer can see my mouse editing tools. Ive restarted computer, etc. Nothing brings them back :(

I didnt think it was cross-posting when one is making a comment on one post and actually making a post. But ya, I was aware of the pop up menu but I guess they removed them on the bottom....where you see it in the manual. Thanks for the clarification:)
