Traktor Z1Mk2 not recognising in Mac OS 15.6.1 (24G90)

Hi,
I recently bought Z1Mk2 and X1Mk3 and I tried to set them up. Initially I download Native Instruments and entered my Serial for X1Mk3 and it prompted me to download Traktor Pro 3 and my device was automatically showing up in the Traktor settings. However, I tried to do the same thing with Z1Mk2 , it's flashes for couple of seconds then I see an orange light at the top. I checked my device info, it seems like the Z1Mk2 is not being recognised at all by the system, I have given Native Instruments full disk access still no luck.
If anyone has a fix for this, please suggest what should I do, thanks.

The Z1 MK2 was released after Traktor Pro 4, so it won’t work with TP3. Entering your Z1 serial should give you access to TP4.

I even downloaded TP4, but Z1Mk2 never connects or shows up in the settings, i even tried to manually update it using TZ1MK2 Updater but it always says, "Please connect your Traktor Z1MK2 and click Rescan", it never detects it. However, X1MK3 shows up using the same cable and usb port. How is it possible for one device to show up in the settings and the other is not even being recognised by the Macbook.

TP4, what version are you using? TP.4.2.0? Or an earlier version?

I'm using TP.4.2.0. Also I'm powering my X1Mk3 through power supply and connecting Z1Mk2 to the X1's USB Hub, and then plugging into my MacBook air's. UIt's still not showing up in my TP4, whereas X1 is automatically recognised.

Turns out, you need to directly plug it into the Mac without using a USB Hub, I plugged both x1 and z1 into the Mac using USB-B to USB- C and it was automatically detected in Traktor pro 4.
