Most products are not accessible with Maschine Plus after Updates

Hi Guys,
it seems that my Maschine Plus has trouble accessing all the products that i have purchased over time.
When opening the SETTINGS in Maschine Plus, navigate to "Library" → and then select "INSTALLED" in the products list, i get 75 items installed listed.

But when opening "BROWSER", i only get the items
- Amplified Funk
- Aquarius Earth
- Backyard Jams
- Bazzazian
- Black Arc
- Borough Chops
- Brass in Bounce
- Raw Rhythm
in the list.
I know for a fact that there were a hell of a lot more products.

So my questions:
Is there a function to rescan all my products in order to get access again?
Do i habe to reset my Maschine Plus and start over?
And if so, will all my projects (not that many yet) be erased?

Please le me know, i am at a loss here

If that happens again, check if at the moment you are using it your M+ is connected to WiFi.

I had previous occasions where M+ not being connected to WiFi resulted in the list of products being wrong (although it is very strange, since the product already installed in the SD card shouldn’t depend from this…).

In my case I had to do various rescans before finally being able to see all my installed products again. One rescan wasn’t enough (in facts, the rescans showed more or less products everytime, almost in an aleatory way)

Also Airplane mode + Komplet Audio 1/2 and Maschine+ was way more stable. ;-)

I also usually use Airplane mode an I also usually don’t have problems.

The issue is understanding what is happening WHEN problems arise, not when everything works correctly

There is an Airplane Mode with the Maschine+?
Or did you simply deactivate the WiFi?

Settings → Network → Knob 1 Airplane Mode On/Off
