Error when opening Traktor Pro 4

Hello. Feels great to have a forum with so much help, thanks. I've tried reinstalling Pro 4 a few times but still receiving the same error. I'm also finding it hard to install the new Windows 24h2 but everything works fine on my laptop and have perfect internet signal etc. Not sure what else to do, thanks in advance.

Locate the crash log at the mentioned path. Send it to NI support as advised in the dialog.

Which hardware/audio interface are you using? Does that interface work in Windows or other software without issues? Have you installed the correct and newest drivers?

Did it work on the same computer previously? If yes, have changed something (installed new software, installed updates, changed hardware) before this error first occured?
