Hello, I am experiencing a clock synchronization issue between Maschine 3 and Virus TI2 connected via USB.
The problem is as follows: Virus TI2 is controlled through the Virus Control application inside Maschine 3. In Maschine, I have a kick set on every beat, which plays perfectly in time with the metronome, but the Virus TI2 sound is delayed and does not match that rhythm. I have tried various settings including clock offset, but nothing resolves the sync issue.
However, if I load Maschine 3 as a VST plugin in Cubase 14, set the kick on every beat, and run the Virus directly from Cubase, there is no clock sync issue — everything stays perfectly in time.
Questions:
What could be causing the clock sync issue between Maschine 3 and Virus TI2 within the Maschine app?
How to fix this problem?
Why does this problem not occur when using Maschine as a VST within Cubase?
