i use komplete kontrol a61 . i installed native access and komplete kontrol and drivers . the keyboard works well but there is a problem . when i open fl studio this error shows up (The MIDI output device couldn't be opened. It may be in use by another application).

i guess the problem is with the komplete kontrol a61 MIDI port

i checked all passable apps running and using port but it did not work

i changed the ports numbers but did not worked

this is my device manager may be useful to help me and others

and these 3 services that related to the keyboard are running

i disabled services one by one and tested but did not worked

my fl studio version

i tried both these audio interfaces but did not work

i disabled all these in komplete kontrol

it would be so good if you help me to help me fix this issue

Do you have Komplete Kontrol (desktop software) open when you launch FL?

The error means as it states, something else is using the keyboard and MIDI id a 1 to 1 thing so when something is using it, other software cannot. Can also sometimes be a web browser like Chrome which has MIDI capabilities.

Be sure to not have standalone KK open when you launch FL or try restart your PC then launch FL after a restart before anything else and see if the issue persists.
