audio cutout and blue screen

Hi, I'm having a problem... 
When I play two songs and mix them, when I want to stop listening to one, 
I press the listen button and the sound cuts out for a microsecond.
I've been trying things all the time and can't fix it.
I have an Asus Vivobook i7 laptop.
I use Traktor with the Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 controller.Also, 
sometimes when I change the audio device, 
my laptop displays a blue screen and shuts down.Please help me.Thank you.

Are you using the ASIO driver for the s4 mk3?

You can share a screenshot of the "Audio setup" setting of you are not sure.

Bluescreen can happy for many reasons, but could be a hardware problem.

It happens to me when I configure it with ASIO and it also happens to me with the S4 configuration.

ASIO has done this to me in the past as well. I am guessing it's a problem with the driver, irrespective of Traktor.

I make sure to restart Traktor right after switching to an ASIO driver (and that also auto-corrects the sometimes missing accessibility of the corresponding audio channels). Once i am set, i don't touch the driver selection until i am back home.
