Help. Right Fader on my Kontrol F1 is stuck in the ON position in my headset.

Hi. The right fader (and only this one) no longer works, as well as the associated Mute button on my Kontrol F1. The problem is only in my headset, everything is normal via the speaker. In the headset, I cannot lower the volume or put on Mute, regardless of the position of the fader and the lighting on the button. I recalibrated the faders via the software but that does not change anything. Thank you in advance for your help.

Maybe someting to do with the settings of the 4th slot of your remix deck. Have you tired changing the settings, changing the deck used, changing the cell used and or using the controls of the S4MK3 to control mute/volume settings of the 4th slot?

It sounds like the issue with the Slot Monitor control? But It is still not clear to me what you want to describe. Video of the issue could help clarify things.

Ok, problem solved. There is a headphone button that appears on the Traktor software when you hover your mouse over each sample slot. Just click on it. Thanks for your help.
