My Kontrol S2 stopped working with my old Mac (realy old 2016 model)
I am trying to get the software downloaded on my wifes macbook (model above).
I have downloaded Native Access, but cant seem to download my software. It doesnt show in the app. When I log into my account and go to MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS, my products show there, but with no serial number. There is a button to "download Via Native Access" but this just takes me to the page to download native access. I have added a screenshot of my products. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
