you can do that several ways, just set the input of every pad in a group to the mic and add fx on every pad then mute and unmute those pads or pin the solo button and solo the pads, don´t forget to enable audio mute in the output tab otherwise it will not work. You can of course also make chains of fx by sending audio from one pad to another or use both in one group, parallel or serial fx. Another great option is to use "the mouth" or "the finger" two great reaktor fx made for stuff like that, you play fx with the keyboard basically.
