I had tried that to already, thanx what I have found out now after week 2 of this headache, is that because I have a couple different computers, 3 desktops, 1 mac 2 windows, and 2 laptops, 1 windows on mac, after plugging the mk3 into all, its not working on none of my computers, and it worked on all them, so that NKDamon Service file not working on my system some how corrupted the mk3 to the point where it says production and performance system after being powered on and stay there.
