Komplete Audio 2 service support

I'm having issues with the headphone jack of my interface. The output from the headphone jack is distorted and imbalanced. I have tried it in multiple computers and tried using different headphones also. Still the issue persist.

The service center is not doing the service as the product is discontinued. Is anyone is having trouble with Komplete Audio 2 and has got service support from NI???

@Vignesh723 Not sure what you mean here. Service Center used to be the software responsible for activating our products (ancestor of Native Access), it's been discontinued.
