How much they need to deliver a key? my payment was already made and the bank charge the money

How long need the support to review a payment to delivery a key from a software?. I bought the GUITAR RIG 7 PRO the 14 of august through google pay, and they already charge me and take my money from my bank account. But my order here is still under review.

It's impossible to say how long time the order will be stuck and only N.I. Support (all) can fix it / speed it up. (generally then N.I. Support does not work weekends , but I don't know if the same goes for shop support . it might though).
