S88 MK3 is On, but can't be found on the PC

My setup used to work with Studio One around six months ago, and I'm back to it. Somehow can't get any app to recall the S MK3 even though it looks updated. Native Access 3.20.0, reinstalled Komplete Kontrol, and restarted the PC to be sure. The hardware connection service app is the latest v.2.0.4, and I haven't seen any updating going on the screen of the controller itself. So, at this point, I must be missing something that I forgot about, and would like to know what's missing.

In some cases, USB C power can be an issue:

I also keep getting this error from Native Access, but I did install the new 3.20.0, and I hope this helps.
