Maschine Plus Stuck on Start up

My Maschine Plus is stuck on the start up screen. Turned it on and it's just a stuck. I have tried everything.

Does anyone have any advice at all that worked for them ?

This company is brutal. Why do you have to pray and have your fingers crossed that your Maschine will start and not be bricked by simply turning it on.

Guess no music for me on my day off. Cheers Native Instruments. Guess I should've bought a subscription

I'd suggest if you want to make music today, connect it to your computer and use it as a controller for the Maschine software. If the problem is with the booting of the internal computer, using it as a controller should work.

When was the last time it booted up correctly? Have you recently updated the firmware or installed any content (etc)? Are you using the PSU that shipped with the Plus?
