Help, how do I get my old Traktor S4 Mk1 to work with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6?

Hello friends, I am new here. I have not used my old Traktor S4 Mk1 controller and my old MacBook Pro with macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 for a long time. I wanted to relive old times and get all the equipment working, but I cannot get the software to detect the S4 mk1 controller. Is there any way to get this whole combo working together?

Officially your S4 Mk1 is only supported up to macOS 10.11

According to a support article there is a workaround for macOS 10.12-10.14:
