Traktor does not recognize my Traktor S4 Mk2

Hi, Traktor doesn't recognize my S4 MK2. I have a Macbook with Sequoia. When I turn on the controller, everything lights up and then the master light starts flashing. I've tried Traktor Pro 3, Pro 4, a new USB cable, uninstalling everything and reinstalling, but nothing works.
