Komplete 15 is not a product, it's a bundle - so you won't see anything called "Komplete 15" in Native Access. You'll see all the products it contains, listed separately.

You can see if the bundle is registered to your account by checking the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page . Then be sure that you are logged into same account in latest version of Native Access for your OS . Also then as PK The DJ wrote then while the bundle show by bundle name on account page then it only shows in Native Access by the products that the bundle consists of.
Also on Mac then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
And if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

IS ALICIA KEYS IN KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD?
IN MY PRODUCTS I HAVE THE WHOLE LIST WITH THE SERIAL NUMBERS EXCEPT THE FIRST KOMPLETE 15
Please check the Compare Komplete 15 bundles page to see what is included. For Alicia's Keys you need to upgrade to K15 Ultimate version or higher tier (Compare Komplete 15 bundles).
