Maschine plus and Zoom L-20

Has anyone tried this combination? Thinking about pulling the trigger on an l-20 for my dawless setup. It has a "class compliant mode" but I am unsure if this makes the interface 2x2 over USB or if I'll still get the full 22x4 (yes I know the plus can only handle so many channels right now.)

If nobody has tried it, I guess I'll have to give it a shot.

Yes I am aware the tascam exists. I am not asking about any other interface or mixer, just the L-20.

I don’t own the L-20 so I can’t be sure it will work, but I bet it will.

Zoom livetrack devices have been reported to work flawlessly with the Maschine+

I own the Zoom Livetrack L-6 and works perfectly.

looking the the L-20 specs, it’s advertised as a 22in/4out usb audio interface.

There is a thread where users share experiences about their audio interfaces. I’ve seen Zoom interfaces there but not sure if the L-20 is one of them

Thank you so much. I don't think it matters a whole bunch which version of the L series it is. If it works with one of them, it should work with all of them, with the limitation being the amount of channels maschine plus can use.

I've had the Zoom L20R for a while. When put in class compliant mode all inputs and outputs become accessible to the M+. Unfortunately within the M+ you can't access all channels at once but you have to configure a set of channels you will use in the audio settings of the M+. I hope NI will fix this some day! Combined with proper audio i/o naming possibility! But the Zoom is compatible!
