Subject: Major Issues with Native Access & NI Support – Any Help Appreciated
To be honest, I feel completely messed around by NI support.
The email address listed on the Native Instruments website sends back an automated reply with a link to a support chat — which is never available. Instead, it says a ticket has been created and I should receive an email… but that email never arrives.
Here’s my problem:
Libraries that were previously installed and fully functional suddenly show up as "Available" in Native Access, and they no longer appear in Kontakt 8. Reinstalling them doesn’t work at all. This affects:
- Orange Tree Samples – Steel Strings
- Native Instruments – Absynth 5
- Native Instruments – 40s Very Own: Drums
I’ve tried several times to reach support through official channels — but nothing. No real response, just automated messages that lead nowhere.
Meanwhile, payments for purchases go through without any issues — funny how that part always works.
Honestly, this is the worst support experience I’ve ever had with a music software company.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix for this?
