so i have the subscription that’s called that’s called 360plus and I thought I was like pain just $20 a month but apparently it was just one payment for 250 and now i can’t pay my rent 😭😭😭
You selected yearly payments in stead of monthly ones. That was you pay less in total (250/year instead of 25/month).

The monthly price that you pay on average depend on if you choose to pay in monthly rates or once per year. The price that you mention is the average price if you choose to pay per month. If you had chosen to pay per month the the 360 Plus price is € 25 per month. Reference : "360 Premier music production software & plugin subscription" .
I don't know what the policy is in a case like yours but if you have made a wrong choice when buying or you have other questions regarding your subscription then you have to contact N.I. Support (all) .
